I’ve done the right thing my entire life. For me, responsibilities and accountability always come first. When I moved to Brussels — the self-titled heart of Europe — I believed in the ideals of progress, equity, and those grand European values leaders talk about every day.
But my experience showed me something different: the gap between what’s promised and what’s delivered is wider than we’d like to admit.
It took years for me to find the courage to speak out, but I realized silence wasn’t an option. Fridays are now my chance to share my journey, to show how we can build better, people-first organizations. Together.
My mission: to work with leaders who genuinely embody the values they talk about, setting themselves apart in a world of empty promises.
Working with me means creating organizations where people truly thrive, fueled by data-driven insights and real change that builds people-first organizations. For me it is all about value, accountability, and equity.
